Seriously! Big business gets blamed for many of the problems in the world. There's a tendency to point fingers at box stores and corporate behemoths, and a cry for these giants of industry to "change their ways."

At Zaadz, we're all about being the change. And so imagine, for a moment, that you were the CEO of one of the companies you'd like to see acting differently. Pretend you have a few million employees depending on you for a paycheck, and many millions more depending on your products or services in their daily lives. What steps would you take? How would you change the world?

You've had the time to explore this planet for at least a few decades. We all start out not knowing much about life, and learning how to navigate in a way that's beneficial to ourselves and others does take some time. Imagine, knowing what you do now, that you could go back and make a few adjustments. What changes would you make? Is there one thing you'd do differently? What would you tell your younger you?

Today is 07/07/07. In the next 24 hours, what are you going to do to change the world?

Life might be seen as a perpetual series of changes, but even so, some are certainly
larger than others. What's been the biggest transition of your life, and what did you learn or gain as a result?

If you had to pick one thing in your life that you most needed to change, what would it be?

If you could magically gain one emotional or psychological quailty, what would you choose?

What event, or decision, has made the most dramatic impact on your life?

If you had to chose something about this communtiy that helped you open more, to yourself or to the world, what would you say? (It doesn't matter whether it's a particular incident or something more abstract; what's important is that it caused you to expand.)

How can humanity both continue to provide lives of dignity for its billions while concurrently living within the resource-means of the planet? What does sustainability look like in different cultural contexts? What are your most hopeful images of sustainability? What changes can we make, and what must our leaders make?
