From what we do to what makes us happy, from what upsets us to the things we buy, from our daily activities to those we call our friends, our beliefs are a deep part of our behaviors. But what's behind these thoughts? Are you the original creator of your beliefs, or do others play a role in their creation? What has influenced what you believe?

There's a lot of conversation on Zaadz about "mind shifts," and changes in global consciousness. How flexible are your own beliefs, though? What have you kept an open mind about? How has your sense of perspective grown?
