If you were the CEO of Wal-mart, what would you do?

Seriously! Big business gets blamed for many of the problems in the world. There's a tendency to point fingers at box stores and corporate behemoths, and a cry for these giants of industry to "change their ways."

At Zaadz, we're all about being the change. And so imagine, for a moment, that you were the CEO of one of the companies you'd like to see acting differently. Pretend you have a few million employees depending on you for a paycheck, and many millions more depending on your products or services in their daily lives. What steps would you take? How would you change the world?

What does sustainability look like in different cultural contexts? What are your most hopeful images of sustainability? What changes can we make, and what must our leaders make?
