Pretend a dear friend of yours is feeling lonely, and has come to you for help. They've got friends, and have managed to stay social, but are still experiencing a sense of isolation. How would you respond? What would you say?

We all do it. Most of the time we run monologues and imaginary dialogues in our heads when we're driving on the road, when we're stressed, or even when we're walking along the beach. Whenever we find ourselves alone there are times that we just need to verbalize our thoughts and let it all out So, what do you say when you talk to yourself?
