Neutral. Impartial. Attentive. Speaking to more than just the bare fact law. Just. I may not be King Solomon, but I am willing to hear circumstances and instances and to judge from neutral space.

I think I would be tough when needed but caring depending upon the case. We sometimes have to get to the base reasons which may not always be apparent.
