What's one thing you know you could do to improve your health?
No matter how carefully we take care of ourselves, there's usually one or two little things we know we could do better. What's something that you could do to keep your body well-tended to? Whether it's exercising more, cooking for yourself, drinking more water, or just remembering to floss every day, take some time to think about one thing you could do to improve your health.
And yes, we mean this wholistically. Taking a few minutes to pause and just breathe could do wonders for that heart of yours. :)
