What do you do to recharge?
We all get exhausted some of the time. And we're all exhausted by different things: some of us find parties overwhelming, while others get worn out by too much time alone. In the same way, we all need to recharge... and in the same way, each of us gains energy in our own unique way. So what replenishes you most? What do you do when you feel drained? A long hike? A call to a close friend? A night out? A massage?
I just eat some cereal. Always get me back up. I also splash water on my face.
