If you could replace 'watching tv' with one activity, what would

Pretend that you could snap your fingers and make it so that the time people spent watching television was replaced by something else, what activity would you pick? Conversation? Meditation? Walking? Engaged in some community event? Gardening? A favorite hobby? What do you think would be the best way to put those hours to use?
