Describe yourself from another's point of view.
We each have a good sense of how we see ourselves -- from the face we see in the mirror each morning to the way we treat strangers to the clothes we choose and the foods we enjoy. But how often do we reflect on how others see us?
Think about it. How do your coworkers see you? Your friends? Your family? Your neighbors? Imagine the people you encountered over the course of the day yesterday, or during the week. What was their experience? How do you think you came across to them? Take some time and reflect on this, and then take a minute to write.
